The Nelson family takes pride in having a hands-on company. Shawn has worked in almost every area of the construction of a swimming pool. He has a great wealth of knowledge on how our custom pools should be built and will be built.

Shawn’s wife, Shannon, manages the office while our daughter Brooke answers the phones, schedules all appointments and handles warranty issues among other things. When you call our office, the voice you hear is our daughter’s and she’ll be more than happy to assist you with your custom pool needs. 

Our sons, Trey and Travis, are the design consultants for Nelson Pools. When you book your appointment, Trey or Travis will come to your home and speak with you about what your dream for your backyard is and based on that conversation, they will prepare a custom pool design specifically for you. Upon the completion of the design, they will speak with you in detail about what you can expect to happen during the building process.

Johnny is our superintendent, and he supervises the complete pool construction from beginning to end. He takes pride in helping our local property owners’ backyard dreams come true. We’ll put you in touch with your dedicated foreman, who you will see and speak with the most during the construction of your custom pool. Our foreman, Koby, will assist Johnny through the entire process. This does not mean that Shawn is not aware of what is going on at all times, as they are in very close communication with each other during every single project to ensure everything reaches your expectations.
